Santa Barbara, California
Jessie and Juan had the most beautiful San Ysidro Ranch Fall Wedding. Most of Jessie’s family came in from the East Coast while Juan’s father came up from Mexico City. Jessie and Juan were introduced in high school and over years and through schooling they drew closer together. Eventually, that closeness lead to their seemingly destined wedding day. Even though the wedding was intimate, it was still jammed packed with laughter and non stop dancing.
It was no wonder that this amazing event would be showcased by Magnolia Rouge! The family told stories of watching Jessie and Juan grow closer together through the years. They enjoyed the food and wonderful details that made this wedding so perfect. San Ysidro itself is one of the most perfect backdrops to any wedding. It is paired with unforgettable views of the Santa Barbara mountain side, and its very own Lavender field. This has made San Ysidro one of the most breathtaking venues in California.
Magnolia Rouge wrote: “When gorgeous bride Jessie’s mother showed her pictures of San Ysidro Ranch, she knew she’d found her dream wedding venue. The only problem was she wasn’t actually officially engaged to Juan at this point. However they happened to be heading to Santa Barbara to celebrate her birthday so took it upon themselves to check it out, and seeing it in person solidified the decision that this was the place for them. Bringing family together from all over the country they celebrated with an intimate soiree captured beautifully.”

Paso Robles, California
Join us for Jennae and Neil’s beautiful Cali Paso Winery Wedding in Paso Robles. First of all, it started with a beautiful sangeet the day before the wedding to celebrate both culture and family. So many gathered around to show their support. The beautiful red colors gave stark contrast to the green vineyards. As a result added pop to the background.
Onto the Villa!
The day of the wedding started with seeing all the wonderful details around the Villa. From the vines growing on top of the architecture to the garden roses lining the property. As you will see, Cali Paso is truly a gem of Paso Robles. For that reason it was a stunning backdrop for Jennae and Neil. We were able to go from one place to the next finding so many hidden spots. Futhermore, it was nice sneak away from the guests with the couple and not be seen. Above all, with a day full of love, laughter, and fun this Cali Paso Winery Wedding was one for the books.
It is really no secret that we love winery weddings. They are remarkable. Olive trees are always present, which our absolute favorite. They come out extremely well on film too which does not hurt. Enjoy looking at this wedding over and over and think of at the possibilities you can incorporate into your winery wedding. You do not even need a wedding. It could be a family shoot, engagement, maternity, or even a anniversary shoot for those of you that are already married. You could just have your own photoshoot at your favorite winery and make sure to invite us along. We will bring the cameras and film!

Lake Wales, Florida
This Bok Tower Gardens Florida Wedding encompasses a big reason why we love to travel to the Orange State. There are both the deep greens and Spanish moss hanging from the rafters. Once you get through the garden maze you reach the sanctuary Tower. Nikki and Billy had such a wonderful time wandering around the grounds admiring all it had to offer. All the while looking just as amazing themselves to fit right in with this Florida landmark.
You can see more from this shoot in our PORTFOLIO.
Los Olivos, California
Kalien and Kevin had one of the more romantic weddings we have seen and the amazing Fess Parker Wine Country Inn Wedding. Featured on the one and only Style Me Pretty. Not only is it tucked away in the beautiful hills of Los Olivos, but it is only minutes from a romantic outing at their very out vineyard escape. We had the wonderful opportunity to sneak away from the cocktail hour to the hidden vineyards on the hill that most of the general public visiting does not have access to. Getting to see the sun shine though the oaktrees that guard the fresh grapes is truly spectacular.
If you are not enjoying the wine and horses, you must definitely be indulging in Chef John’s amazing cornbread. Everything we have ever had from him has been an absolute treat. The Bear and Star is where John is cooking up something delicious and fresh from their farm for you to enjoy. The garden is full of wonderful produce that guarantees a fresh tasty treat for you and all your guests. We got to see this bride and groom enjoy all of that and more with their intimate wedding of close family and friends.
MALIBU, CALIFORNIA

The sun is shinning, the flowers are blooming, and love is in the air, which can only mean one thing; spring is here and that was definitely apparent at this Calamigos Ranch Spring Wedding. You can’t have spring without flowers and this wedding delivered beautiful florals done by Coco Rose Design and design by Vanessa Noel Events. Just take a look at the gorgeous white garden roses accented with green foliage through out the wedding.
The classic design is perfect from the bride’s bouquet, the boutonnieres, the center pieces, even the giant arrangements that covered the ceremony arch. You also can’t have spring without love and we enjoyed capturing the sweet moments between these two. Seeing Tyler in her stunning dress and RJ in his dark grey suit, share sweet smiles and laughs with one another was a great way to kick off the spring wedding season. Those tender moments between these two that they will be able to cherish forever warms our hearts to be a part of.
The Redwood Room is so spectacular for an amazing ceremony arch. If you are looking to look like you are in the middle of the forest, check out our blog post of the Birchwood Room at Calamigos Ranch.

Santa Ynez, California
As you start to head inland in from Santa Barbara you start to hit some gorgeous sites and this Kestrel Park Santa Ynez wedding was no exception. Jenny and Nick were such a sweet couple and hearing much of their background story just makes your heart melt. First of all, they made a long distance relationship work from Hawaii to New York for three years. Talk about earning some frequent flyer miles! Not only did this wedding have love as much as beauty, but most of all it had Ohana. That family dynamic of all the Hawaiian influence in this wedding was a centerpiece in addition to the couple’s gorgeous ceremony.
With such a perfect love story, consequently they wanted a venue to match. A Kestrel Park Santa Ynez wedding is full of trees, a gorgeous castle like stable, and a beautiful garden with a lavender circle with three types of lavender. As a result it is the crowning piece of the venue. Ultimately, Jenny and Nick had everything a couple could want. Beautiful flowers from hellebores to peonies and an outdoor reception under the stars.
This blackberry lemonade reminded us of the Lavender Blueberry Lemonade from our Santa Barbara Lifestyle Photoshoot.
This stable was perfectly decorated with the natural floral covering the edge of the roof. At a Kestrel Park Santa Ynez wedding, even the horses feel like royalty.

Los Angeles, California
A hint of Los Angeles skyline with all the beauty of the a sunny California day made this Los Angeles Temple Wedding so perfect. We had a great time spending the day with this beautiful couple. Dedria and Shane are such a wonderful couple. We were able to help capture all the love and wonderful memories that they got to shared with friends, family, and each other on their wedding day. Do not forget those adorable dogs of theirs! It was so special to be able to capture the candid moments of the couple greeting their family and friends as they emerged from the temple. This unique Los Angeles temple wedding had beautiful plants and flowers, including those amazing olive trees. In addition, they were surround by the hustle and bustle of the city and the view of tall skyscrapers in the background.
The Los Angeles temple wedding was not the only thing that was incredible that day. Just when you thought the views in the morning were breathtaking the reception had its own share of beauty. The private home came complete with classic Ford motorcars and doughnuts. Also, can we take a moment to take about the food? Their food trucks had both delicious sliders and fusion street tacos that came with everything from carnitas to salmon. These food trucks provided guest with all you can eat, and the guests were grabbing these things so fast. Needless to say, no one from that wedding was going home hungry. The reception came to a conclusion by sending the bride and groom off through a tunnel of bubbles. Unknown to the guests however, we snuck in a few last shots at the top of the hill.
Look at these giant puppies! They two greeted us with such excitement even though they were not the most cooperative of subjects.
Such an unique idea for desserts on your wedding day. You can still have a little slice of traditional with a small cake. But when you are done, really go all out with a smorgasbord of gourmet donuts.
Hurry and toss that bouquet! Once you do, grab a slider. Because no bride should go hungry on her wedding day.
CAMARILLO, CALIFORNIA
We absolutely love capturing this sweet couple, Vincent and Megan, and all the special moments they shared with their friends and family on their big day at their McCormick Ranch Wedding. It brings us such joy when we get the opportunity to create memories for a couple like Megan and Vincent. They have so much love for one another that you can feel just being around them. We couldn’t help but smile, and maybe tear up a little, while putting their highlight reel together. As if this couple wasn’t already sweet enough, they included little jars of honey for their guest to take and enjoy.
This day was the perfect excuse to break out our new drone to capture the beautiful landscape and house that this McCormick Ranch Wedding had to offer. This southern California venue was the perfect place to bring their rustic wedding to life. Amazing details like Wagon wheels, wooden center pieces and the sweet florals brought their story together. Every aspect of this wedding, even down to the wedding dances, captured the adorable and fun loving nature of Vincent and Megan.
It does not get much better than this card and gift table. Look at the wonderful gifts in this miniature wagon.
Doesn’t this wagon full of desserts make your mouth water. This is definitely a wagon ride I would love to take. If you enjoyed this dessert table make sure you also check out this awesome display of donuts at the Los Angles Temple wedding.
The love this couple shows for one another makes our hearts melt. Just look at the adorable smile Megan has on her face right before she kisses her new husband. Nothing is better then getting to capture two people that love in a way that they will cherish forever.
MALIBU, CALIFORNIA
The beautiful color scheme of greens and whites went along perfectly with this Calamigos Ranch Malibu Wedding. The venue was surround with trees that had lights that draped from their branches. The couple put lots of love and attention in all the details of their wedding from the invitations, that were provided by minted, to the personalized hockey puck groomsmen gifts. Not to mention the guest got to take home their very own potted plants. Brenna and Cary truly thought of everything, which made all the details of their wedding have a cohesive look.
This Calamigos Ranch Malibu Wedding was filled with lots love. Typically a bride and groom do not see each other on their wedding day until they meet at the alter. However, unlike most couples, Brenna and Cary spent most of their wedding day together. Once Brenna was in her dress, Cary had to wait until his new father-in-law walked her down the isle. Cary was finishing up the seat chart cards while sitting next to his beautiful bride as she got her makeup done. We loved being able to capture all the wonderful memories of this couple as they went through their wedding day together.
Perfect color palettes and amazing light make for such perfect memories. For instance, the picture below, which is one of our favorite shots ever!
Being the film nerds we are, we loved that our couple provided their guest with a instax film camera to take photos of themselves for their guest book. It’s such a unique touch to be able to have pictures of your guest instead just their names.
Can you say wow! Is this wedding cake not incredible. It is definitely not your typical run of the mill wedding cake. This is what we mean when Brenna and Cary put a lot of love and attention into the details of their wedding. The design on the cake seamlessly matches their innovations perfectly. It also adds a unique feel and look with the blue and green rock candy geode.
